Useful payment information

If you paid a deposit via Credit/Debit Card through the booking form

You will receive a copy of the Booking Form, a Receipt for your Deposit for you to keep safe, the invoice for the remaining balance will be raised and issued approx 14 days before your event for immediate payment.

We ticked the pay deposit via Invoice box on the booking form

You will receive an invoice that will be due for payment immediately, bookings cannot be guaranteed until a deposit has cleared in our account.   To guarantee your booking please pass this invoice to your accounts department for payment immediately.  There is an option to send a cheque if that is easier.

What you can and can’t do with the final images

If you booked our Standard Licence

If you have booked our photographer using our Standard Image Licence then once you receive the images you are welcome to upload them to Social Media, your Website and you also have full permission to print and frame them.  However, as the photographers we will use a selected few images for our own self-promotion, if the images need to be kept private for a period of time then please do contact us and let us know.   We do ask that you do not add filters, text or logos to any of the final images that are delivered.  If you would like to alter an image in any way please contact us first.

If you booked our Commercial Licence

If you have booked a photographer under our Commercial Licence then you have our full permission to add logos, to overlay text or filters onto any of the images.  You have permission to use the images in any form of advertising even for monetary gain.  However, you do not own the full copyright and ER Event Photography will be allowed to use a selection of images for our own promotion.  If you do not wish for us to do this, or the images need to be kept private for a period of time then please do inform us beforehand.
